Whether you are building in one of our developed communities, on your own land, or simply remodeling your home, we will partner with you to provide a seamless process and the freedom to be a part of each step of that process.

With attention to detail applied to each project, Ridge Stone Builders & Developers is able to collaborate with both our in-house professionals and our home owners to insure that every detail is carried out with precision and quality. our process

We have created a unique, multi-layered process for making the building process easy and enjoyable. We start by making pre-construction planning a one-stop shop where each prospective homeowner can decide on the following:

  • Lot choice (if applicable)
  • Layout of home
  • Exterior and interior layouts, designs and colors
  • Home customization and extras (if applicable)
  • Financing options

Once your home is under construction, it undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure that every detail is carried out according to the specifications developed during the pre-construction planning sessions. The stages of inspection are:

  • Framing
  • Mechanical (heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing)
  • Drywall
  • Final homeowner walk-through

amenities/warranties

We stand behind each of our projects and provide warranties to every project we build. Ridge Stone offers the following warranty on all homes built:

  • We provide a standard 1 year builder's warranty on all Ridge Stone homes
  • We stand behind all Manufacturer's Warranties on all products we install such as Owens Corning Shingles, Anderson Windows, Therma Tru Doors, Mastic Siding, and Merillat Cabinets and will continue to be your point of contact with these manufactures should a problem arise.
  • We will conduct both a 6 and 12 month walk through of your Ridge Stone home to insure that all facets of your home are performing to our strict standards
